EIV - Beyond the Theory to the Practical

You are invited to register for the EIV - Beyond the Theory to the Practical, an on-line training class. The training is provided by Housing Compliance Training, a project of Piltch Associates, Inc.

This EIV training is divided into 5 sections with multiple mini-quizes at the end of each section to assist you in focusing on crucial information. You will be able to stop during each section if you want to re-listen to the information and review each section after taking the mini quizzes. If you register using Discount Code HUDtraining, you will receive $30 off the $179 registration fee.

Once we receive your registration and payment, an email will be sent to you directly from Housing Compliance Training with the link to the training as well as your password. This is not a time sensitive training. You can take it at your own pace. You will have 60 days from the date you activate the link to complete the training.
